Speaking to Hawzah News Agency on the occasion of Sacred Defense Week, Nazari contrasted “superficial” and “strategic” approaches to regional developments. He noted that while some limit success to missile counts or physical destruction, a deeper perspective reveals long-term shifts in power and legitimacy.
“The 12-day war created at least two major opportunities for Iran,” he said. “First, it consolidated the Islamic Republic’s strategic role in the new security order of the region, and second, it strengthened social capital and soft legitimacy for the resistance front.”
